Cancellation Policy

We understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes plans change. To ensure a smooth and fair process for both our clients and our stylists, we have established the following cancellation policy.

We ask that cancellations be made with a minimum of 12 hours notice. For cancellations less than 12 hours prior, a fee of 50% of the total service cost will be added to your profile and must be paid before booking another appointment.

We hold ourselves to the same standard that a minimum of 12 hours notice should be given to clients in the event of needing to cancel their appointment. For cancellations made on our end less than 12 hours prior, a credit of 50% of the total service cost will be added to the client's profile.

We understand that emergencies and unforeseen events can occur. If you need to cancel due to a genuine emergency, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your situation. We will handle these cases on a discretionary basis.

This policy does not apply to Bridal appointments.

Referral Program

Our Reward

Your support means the world to us. To show our gratitude, we are we want to reward you for spreading the word about our on-site hairstyling services.

  • Tell your friends, family, or colleagues about your experience with our services.
  • Make sure they mention your name when booking their first appointment.

Your Reward

  • For each new client you refer who books and completes their first appointment, you will receive a $15 credit added to your profile.
  • There is no limit to the number of referral credits you can earn. The more you refer, the more you earn!

Referral credits are earned for each new client referred who has not previously booked an appointment with us.
Credits are non-transferable and can only be used by the client who earned them.
Credits have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash.
